| The C 1000 S cardioid/hypercardioid condenser microphone has been specifically designed for professional live, recording, and broadcast use on vocals and instruments. You can power the microphone either from external phantom power (9 to 52 V to DIN 45596) or use an internal 9 V battery and connect the microphone directly to a mixer, recording device, etc. The combination of a high quality backplate condenser trans- ducer and capsule shock mount optimizes handling and cable noise rejection. The microphone body consists of a massive aluminum shaft and screw-on brass front tube with a rugged stainless steel mesh cap. The microphone uses an internation- ally standardized 3-pin male XLR output connector. |
